Thomas Alva Edison and Sir Joseph Wilson Swan invented the light bulb in 1879.
What problem were they trying to solve?
The light bulb was invented because it can last longer then candles.
How has the invention affected your life?
This invention help me go around the house at night because it is bright and last long.

What is the invention?
Refrigerator
Who invented it and when?
Michael Faraday and General Electric invented the refrigerator in 1911.
What problem were they trying to solve?
They where find ways to keep food cold and a way to not use ice because it was hard to get.
How has the invention affected your life?
This invention keeps my food cold and fresh so I don’t have go buy food everyday and get ice.
